Bec Waymouth is a driven and dynamic professional known for her commitment to delivering excellence with her horsemanship qualities. Bec has thoroughbred racing flowing through her veins with her father Robert a former amateur jockey and trainer and her mother, Debbie, a successful amateur jockey. Both of Rebecca’s Grandfathers were successful jockeys (Bill Londregan Snr and Charlie Waymouth) with Charlie reaching group 1 success in the training ranks with Rancher winning the 1982 Blue Diamond. Her uncles on both sides of the family were well respected jockeys also. Bec brings a versatile skill set that includes equine management both during their racing career and post racing, at Waymouth Racing your horses welfare is our priority. 

Bec has a proven track record of training winners from 2 year olds to jumpers and continues to focus on fostering collaborative team environments with vets, farriers, equine therapist, nutritionist to ensure the best possible outcome for your equine athlete. Her professional journey is marked by a passion for continuous learning and a focus on impactful outcomes. With a Bachelor of Science degree it’s not surprise that Bec likes to use science and technology such as the Equimetre to consolidate her assessment of horses. With the training facilities located at Boneo on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula your horses needs are well and truly catered for. We provide a relaxing environment with the opportunity to cater to the individual horse needs. We have our own sand track, access to Safety Beach and of course all the facilities that Mornington racecourse have to offer including grass tracks, poly track, uphill track and swimming pool.
